She didn't say... looking at the chart, I'd guess due to current evaluation being close to their projected price target... usually means that they downgrade, everyone sells, they upgrade with a new target $10 - $15 higher, they make a bundle as everyone buys back in.

Well, because they want to buy more of the shares between $46 and $48 (if they can) before they go on and upgrade it to a strong buy again once it is in the $48-$49 range!! Was it not them a day earlier who said they had moved up their target price from $50 to $60. This caused the stock to jump to $50/shr. They most likely then sold their shares and a day later they come up with this downgrade in the hope they can buy more at cheaper price and do the same thing all over again! Surely by now you should know these con-artists!
