Re: IDMC, I don't know if you recall, but this is one that turned up in our SECS Team S-3 review- the duty for that day fell to me, and you and I corresponded about it. Unfortunately, I lost the extensive notes I drew up on it (I don't save 'em, though I will now start to)and also unfortunately I don't think any of us jumped on it. However, it is a testament to the success of our SECS Team that it showed up and was debated (Plug! Plug! Plug!).

08:38 ET EarthLink Network (ELNK) 38 5/8: Issue indicated another 3 3/8 pts higher this morning on news Sprint Corp (FON) will trade its entire Internet Passport customer base for 4.1 million shares of convertible preferred stock in EarthLink. Also promised to ELNK in the deal: $24 million in cash, $100 million in convertible debt financing, a five-year commitment from Sprint to deliver a minimum of 150,000 new customers annually.
