Not saying what should be. It’s very complicated and not obvious for self defense
defense to work when you are outside your home. Jury trials are often a coin toss,
but we all thankfully have a right to be tried by a jury. The prosecution can appeal
on the basis of legal error. All I said it didn’t look to me like a legal error was made.
