Chris - According to CYI, Cycomm Corporation provides security products which utilize both encryption and scrambling of voice and data signals for the wireless and wireline communications industry. From what I gather from the other news release by Franklin Telecom there was no encryption or scrambling involved in transmission, just bragging about the clarity and quality of the voice-over-internet of the connection between LA and China. Do not think Cycomm and CyComm are in any way related in a product/service sense. However, it behooves Cycomm Corporation and parent CYI to see if they can get the private CyComm to change its name to avoid any confusion of the companies in future news announcements.
