correction ... you dont HAVE to write it off if it did not legally go bankrupt , but you can if you want too. since my broker gives it a value of .001, its not worth to do anything with it for now. some brokers can take it off your statement and put it aside, kind of pretending you sold it , then if by chance it revives some day (anything is possible, ) the broker puts it in you account. my broker (discount) does not offer this service. technically it only stopped trading because it did not fulfill the reporting requirements, apparently the gel can still be ordered from the company !!!

I still can't believe the investing public has no recourse here. Yes, beware, I understand. Sour grapes? Maybe. However,management has to be accountable for the way it communicates to the public. People on this thread will confirm the misleading statements issued by both the company and the PR people. Anybody have an e-mail address for the Ontario Securities and Exchange Commission??
