Tax cut for the rich - you got that right. Heard on Bannon the other day that there was a provision in the Bilge has Backed up in my butter bill that we wouldn't buy things if manufactured by slave labor. Namely the Yugurs in China who make solar panels. That was taken out. The other aspect is it increases manufacturing in China who are building a new coal plant every other week. If they really cared about CO2, they would have hammered China. They are FOS.
