If someone could sue the firearms manufacturer if someone is shot and killed with a firearm made by that company, then why can't someone sue the judge who sets the bail so low and the criminal goes out and commits another crime??? If the judge knew he was responsible for any additional crimes committed when the criminal bails out, then maybe the bail wouldn't be so damn low!!! GZ
