Man! It's sure lookin' that way to me! Why make the point of REMOVING ALL OF PAIR's equipment?
They leave the reader thinking this is ALL 14 States the way it's written! I think they only had the trial in Phoenix!
I also got something from Tony the broker too, Sprint is moving away from wireless. If I understand it right they are going to focus on their regular wired stuff, which I figure means they are going to beef up their regular services!(IMO).
Looks pretty petty on US Wests part to me!
If they cant run with the big dogs, maybe they need to stay on the porch!
Apologies if this sounds like a cheep shot on my part, but if US West wants to play by those rules, they need to learn to lose by them!

I'm sort of surprised that the ADSL chip news is not moving telecom equipment sector much higher. Maybe Qualcomm news is pulling everything down a little. PairGain is much better with Sprint than US West. Although, having both would be nice.
