Thanks. Still haven't bought full EDGAR access, so can't read it.

I've learned with another company that 144's are often meaningless. Just filed on a regular basis to keep the option open. I'm in another company that had filed over 20M shares worth of 144's last year, but not a single Form 4 (sale).
