Craig- It very well could be a pathetic excuse, a bunch of crap, or could be very true (which I suspect it is). I guess we will find out if they file again to sell. When I talked to these guys just a few months ago, they were extremely bullish on the company and it's prospects. With the comments I have personally been getting back from evaluators of the gigamux as well as a VAR who is selling the IQX-200, it gives me a lot more confidence on their reason and statement about their plan on holding the remainder. Don't believe me? Short it again. You have absolutely no idea of what you are dealing with.
