Wow very fancy ... I took train (VIA Rail) across Canada twice.. second time was their deluxe all on accumulated travel points .. (wife, me and two kids) ... nothing like that... We had a double room.. so 4 beds (bunked) 2x2 and 2 bathrooms etc etc.. like two hotel rooms with joining door open... but more open than that .. imagine wall folded up... all very institutional looking :(

Once upon a time we chartered a barge and crossed a good portion of France

The barge had its own VW Golf on board, and a van tagging by road for side trips to chateaus and such

All meals cooked by chef on board, and no movement of barge after 8:00pm by law, so sleep not disturbed and scenery not missed
