It surprised me that all the three men shot by had some kind of record. On examining further, it seems like by the age of 23, 40% of white males in US have an arrest record. The men who were shot were older. So the odds of being previously arrested or charged were even higher. And if they came from the bottom 30% of income, the probability would even be higher. So, Rittenhouse scoring almost 3/3 is not much higher than the baseline (maybe 2/3) in a crowd of adult white males in a certain income bracket.
