Absolutely not. Many cos. have risen substantially off their lows. % wise, SFAM is ~46% off of its lows. TER, AMAT and a number of others have bounced back with similar % gains with no talk of a takeover. SFAM IMHO, simply fell to such extremely low levels in terms of value that its bounce was greater than others in the group because of hitting such low levels. It also did not hurt to be mentioned in such a favorable light on the Motley Fools when it was pointed out that subtracting cash from the co. rendered it with a historically low PSR.

FWIW, I do not believe there is talk of a buyout at this time.
