I have been watching Steve Bannon's Warroom the last few days and he kept playing that song at breaks. I had never heard it before so I looked it up. It doesn't appear to be available for general release. There was this note on U-tube by the poster :

Johnny Cash is probably the only major recording artist to have not one but two Thanksgiving songs! The first is "Thanksgiving Prayer" performed on a season 3 episode of Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.

My suspicion is that if this occurred, it would be worldwide. I have no idea bust suspect real assets (especially farm land) would be of value.

Yes, in my lifetime we have seen monetary collapse in many countries but not the leading economy. Countries certainly can survive but it will devastate many citizens especially the poor.

I suspect the only way to inflate away our debt is to make the current dollar worthless
As long as we continue to add several $T to our debt every year, there is no good way forward. If we got to a balanced budget, then I believe we could slowly inflate away to current debt. If we stop adding to it, we don't need to solve it quickly.
