Hi Doug,

I am just now looking into SSII as a long term investment, and probably an in/out alone the way up. I think that their potential looks good. They just reported their first profitable qtr, and have netted a million dollar lawsuit against Acclaim Entertainment.

There are only 4.4 Million shares outstanding, with no institutional holdings, and 2 individuals with large holdings (Louis Habash (50%) and Vincent Bitetti (28%)). Short interest is small, decreasing from 5,564 in Dec to 851 in Jan. All shorts have been covered on the SSII warrants.

They have just signed a licensing agreement with New Line Cinema, and are pursuing international distribution channels.

Your thoughts on SSII's TA would be greatly appreciated.

Jim

Doug--I sold JBIL for 4 1/4 points. JBIL won the race today but this is likely a race like the Great French bicycle races. Maybe Monday ASND will win. I will await your TA this weekend for the possibility of jumping on it on Monday.

Your right about the legacy of ESTES, GABOR, AND EVANS. It will stay with us. Regards, Myron
