I guess I don't understand why he wouldn't WANT to be on record against communism representing a state where Joe won zero counties. He is probably getting hit from all angles on the Bilge backed up in my Butter bill. He has royally pissed off the dim power brokers while winning support from WV. Also I don't know if the vote was not out of the committee. It didn't appear so. He is not on that committee. My guess it is more of not fighting a multi front war. It is a known fact that congress likes to hide votes on controversial votes. Perhaps he'd vote present like the Bummer in chief.
