Well, those who are on the receiving end of part of all this newly-minted money need to pay their fair share! I suggest that we start with ending all government handouts to those on welfare. Firstly, that would solve the worker-shortage problems. And it might end some of the whoring around by "birthing people" if they had to work 8-hour days, five days a week and take care of kids and home in between.
