If you refer to Form 4 and 144 filings, I just don't know if they need to be filed on EDGAR as of 01/01/98 as well. All other forms, especially the important 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, etc. are all on EDGAR already, to the best of my knowledge. Seems like only the F-4 and 144 are not yet filed electronically.

Maybe an e-mail to the EDGAR webmaster can clarify this?
