I think so, too... I'm short since earlier last week although I did take a few long positions into Thursday's close when everything looks ready to rocket... I immediately dumped all of those longs early Friday morning for a manageable loss but nothing so terrible, I'm very glad I did dump them when I did, they never looked back when the cash market opened... So, I'm well positioned and well ahead in my short defensive position right now, short mainly in the semi group with the short SOXX position... I don't see a reason to cover and buy until I get a clear buy signal from the $VIX... To my amazement, there are now so many major outside key reversal daily and weekly chart patterns in so many of the major market indices including a completed daily sell wiggle pattern for the NQ and the SP, there may be some others, they seem to be everywhere... There are other bearish chart patterns and too many to mention right now, but all in all I see no reason to take a long position in anything after Friday's market action... Maybe a buy in the bonds, I do see a multi weekly buy wiggle pattern in the bonds, so the bonds look like a good buy on a signal which hasn't yet been triggered... Gold looks like it's once again ready to go back down into the crapper, that market is always a great short on any rally... GZ
