Good thing I was successful at HODL. (2) Good also that I have been adding CSPRs to the original private sales rounds Q1 2020 and Q1 2021 In context and at the time my average cost basis was rising from the original pre-ICO $0.0125 gradually to $0.03. I added at 0.06 - 0.125, then 0.1345, and very lately, 0.20 - 0.215 range. Cost basis, after adjusting for 'inflation' stands at 0.043. I now hold ~49% more CSPRs than at pre-ICO time. (3) I bought some of the CSPRs for and on behalf of my two kids (son 11 and daughter 17), and wife, because they got tired of me talking Casper over meals and wanted 'in'. I was unwilling to short against them by sharing my 'bag' and so I collected funding from them to buy buy buy, making it real for them. Not one Casper to be shared :0) (4) My son made sure, "dada, you actually bought, right?" and "dada, if I win, I can spend it, right?". Mathematical compounding all of sudden is real to him. He had previously only cared about V Bucks for FortNite even though it paid no interest, and never cared about his allowance / gift money ledger as fiat money did not pay any interest rate worth noting and spending it required centralised permission-ing of mom & dad. (5) Today, right now, CSPR is at $0.1567, fallen from quite a bit higher, say 0.2370. By benchmark of normal-verse a ~35% fall (even if from a needling-high) would be alarming. In para-verse, such falls are par for the course NBD, and just an opportunity to lower, or in my particular case raise cost-basis. (6) The fall of CSPR, along with the crypto market (BTC & ETH & etc etc), in sync with normal-verse macro market seems a refreshing shower, possibly brought on by Mr J Powell's recognition that he must at least talk about 'fighting' inflation even as he likely best stop talking once Omicron triggers onset of cold reality, that 'fighting' inflation might not be a genuine socio-political option in the short term. Longterm is the problem of future FED chairs. (7) Continuing the chronicling of Casper journey Casper Nation - early days but growing strong by the day I add four slides to the story deck. The projects, some soon to launch, details sketch but fires the imagination, might be investible depending on interactions w/ normal-verse, and on pricing.
