Thanks John. We have friends in St. Augustin and also friends who come from Ft. Meyers and the Ormond Beach area. I'd prefer warm, but the main issue for me is sunlight. We go for months in the winter here without seeing the sun, and that takes its toll. We double our intake of vit D3 when the clocks change.

Hi neighbor! We are in Boca, roughly midway between the West Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale airports. Miami isn’t far away - and, actually, the commuter train rides right up to the MIA. So, it’s easy to get around.

Oh yeah, I like waves… and the beaches are cooler… lol
