EdH you have to understand that Meyerson is not annalyzing anything more than their Warrants can now be excercised after 2 years and now they can convert that at a 3-1 ratio. As a business they have birds in the hand. This is IMO is not devious its just bottom line profits. This is their biz to move money from one to another. As Vic and others have stated they did their job its time for the houses that can take FTEL to the next step to move in.

I would strongly suggest as a newbie in investments that this is the wrong arena to start investing in stocks. much to risky without a strong backround.
