It is a Macaw? Those are hybrid often and they are about the biggest parrots. Very loud. I'd like to have a African Grey but they are really expensive. I was bit by my little bird and it drew blood and was extremely painful. The big ones can easily remove digits. I had an Eclectus once who was a really good bird. He got scared one time and started flapping his wings. Hit me in the face and it like being punched.
