Tom, A scenario that has occurred before. Several foreign individuals feel that the US stock market is a way to get even richer if they can just find a struggling listed company that meets the demands. Force yourself in. Name buddies to the BOD. Trash employees who don't sing the new party line. Print and sell more shares. Grant yourself massive options or other perks. Re-channel the remaining funds to some new manufacturing or service entity like attorneys or some other supplier. Make sure your assets are protected offshore in case of any backlash from duped shareholders and go for the big score. This has happened before and will happen again. rl
