Mike, Did you happen to visit the Vcall site and listen to TPRO's presentation?? vcall.com Registration is free for now and they have a host of other company presentations which you listen to as well, including Mastech.. etc. You need RealAudio which is freely available on the Net. It might clear up some of your questions on the big picture that Tava is focusing on. Regards, Ron
