AV -- For those interested, there are some interesting posts on the "General Lithography" thread of late. It makes me more comfortable with holding onto CYMI that much longer and for the long term. ArF laser has demonstrated device structures down to 0.04u under laboratory conditions. The significance is explained in some of my diatribes there.<GGG> Andrew
