The first one was not a disappointment to me because I know exactly what we were getting (although we are now just learning about his involvement with the CIA way before he was director).

The second one was because we were assured that he was not his father politically. They were clones.

My first serious doubt about George Bush is when he refused to even speak about how the Clinton's
trashed and stole from the WH and Air Force One as they moved out.

I was appalled that he didn't care enough about the "people's" money or simple decency.

But I still defended him throughout the whole eight years he was in office.
