Look - any way you slice it, in 2 or 3 weeks you should have *some* omicron patients in hospitals. If you don't then it is *very* mild. If you do, then you will know how lethal it is because by then you will also have an estimate on the spread.

The increased infect-ability is in South Africa, where most of the Omicron cases are, and where only 27% are vaccinated.
