DH, good notes; just a couple comments:

> - other vendor is Mitsubishi Electric...in with the Omnio deal.

What I understood Corky to say is Mitsubishi is the other vendor in the OnCommand deal, the other half of "one of two vendors to supply digital video servers" per their press release.

(BTW, I think it's a big validation of CCUR and their products to be chosen together with a major name like them.)

Also, a lot of Corky's references to the year "1999" were for Fiscal 1999 (vs. calendar 1999), which actually begins in July 1998 (i.e., sooner).

Anyway, the call was extremely positive, I thought. Bright future ahead.

Thanks for the re-welcome, Ken - I was actually never gone but just hundreds of messages behind due to frequent traveling since the holidays. Hard to post on the thread when you're not current! But I should add that (like you) I never lost faith, despite the meandering stock price...

Editorial revisions since I was there also.

-Mitsubishi was the other player in OnCommand (in a sense validating his product, in my opinion); Omnio is an exclusive deal. My read, since I asked the question, was they they would not be directly competing on every deal, but Corky would not be more specific. Maybe the world gets carved up.

-This quarter would have been $1 million sales better if not for a technical problem delaying a China order (or about $.01 per share).

-He went out of his way to indicate he sees no Asian flu for Concurrent.

-He was pretty positive on prospects for Navy business, specifically mentioning $3 million more possible for current quarter.

-I understood him to say that he was comfortable with 20+% revenue growth for the next fiscal year, which would be much more on earnings.

I thought the call went well. My read of the stock is that if he delivers, he would probably make at least $.25 in the next fiscal year. With the excitement generated, the potential next year could be double the 12 months high, or $7.00. However, there may be more boredom between now and then; but I would think he has shown enough concrete progress for the stock to not go below $2. That looks like a pretty good risk/reward to me, but as I have posted before this is too
speculative still (despite today's concrete news) to warrant more than a modest percentage of one's portfolio.

Hi DH, Nice job with the conf. call notes. Some of us are also a little surprised with the price action. I expect a nice rebound on Monday when all the info. is digested. BTW - isn't there an analyst or two who covers this stock? What do you think he / they thought of this report? Like I said, I think you'll see a rebound on Monday. Good Luck & Weekend. JMHO
