When abortion is discussed, the topic of the mother's behavior never comes up.

If one just arrived from another solar system, and listened to how pregnant women
need the right to abortion, they might believe women need them so they can avoid the pain of pregnancy
and childbirth, avoid having to actually care for a baby and continue life
uninterrupted by that pesky infant that started growing in the uterus because of eating
some watermelon seeds.
