I think all the things that concern you and you want to see happen will happen, Lee. Smart people are often early to market turns, but they are rarely wrong in the end. On another topic, I'm going to be using a chain saw next week. A neighbor unknowingly deposited an early Christmas present in a family member's yard when the neighbor went on vacation. I now know how insurance treats that stuff. Luckily, it's not that huge. It also doesn't have 19th century fences or nails in it <G>
