This morning, I checked into my Physician group webpage, (old DuPage Medical...now DULY) to schedule for a procedure in Feb. My Covid chart listed my 1st and 2nd injections and stated "if anything is missing, select UPDATE". In less than 5 seconds, my booster was added, the date, the serial numbers, the dosage and the location that I got it...and it was not through this group. We used WIll County Health for the booster. We are all in the database already!
