Wharfie, Don't tell me, let me guess; they had nothing to do with the decades-long decrease, and everything to do with the one year spike. Don't tell me, let me guess; because the Democrats supposedly was responsible for the decades-long decrease in crime, they get a pass when things spike up. Two can play the same game, you know.
