The news is full of statemens like these:

"LONDON, Feb 4 (Reuters) - The London silver price fix was set at its highest level in nearly a decade on Wednesday prompting analysts to warn that physical demand for the precious metal is crumbling in the current volatile market and the rally may collapse."

Either the author of this is short and wants to seed silver panic selling or else physical silver is coming from somewhere. It's got me confused. Would be nice for someone who understands the impact of these high lease rates to post an analysis.
