It wasn't the diverse views that was the problem, and I am not going to discuss this again. I had a blog that was strictly set up for dividend growth investing and clearly stated the concept of the blog was not to look for diverse ideas but how to do what we do better.

When others saw how successful the blog was at attracting traffic, others wanted an audience to share their diverse views and those messages got deleted immediately. There were other blogs set up for their views.

People were upset that I deleted their messages, too bad, the guidelines clearly stated what the blog was about.

This site also has plenty of threads set up for special interests.

Ron has set his guidelines as well, I'll respect them as I hope others will as well.

I enjoyed the diverse opinions also, as long as they stayed within the context of dividend investing. I also enjoyed the various forays into the weeds about personal trips and ideas; would love to see them continue here.
