I stopped following EPR after Vail acquired Peaks(EPR held a lot of Peaks debt). As I recall EPR was also involved in a large development in upstate NY and charter school campus'. Weren't they heavily weighted into movie theatres and moving into "topgolf". Recently read an article in the Myrtle Beach paper about the success of indoor golfing activities. (perhaps an ax throwing, golf combo hybrid model in the cards ? (g))

thanks for the informative post. i added a lil otrkp as well capping the position now and hoping it survives to pay that nice dividend. I am underwater i think in everything i bought in the past three months.
