Re: How do I eliminate Subject Marks that I don’t need?

I'm not sure if I am addressing your problem or not but if you click on subject marks at the top of the page, when the drop down appears click on more subject marks. That should show everything you have marked. There is an 'Edit' preference perhaps in yellow, click on that and see if that works.

If you go into subject marks and can get to where a "manage" option is above the list, you can remove them.

Dave, I wish I could tell you how to get there but I was frustratingly clicking willy-nilly and got to it.

RE: Remove subject marks @DaveVK

If you click on the list of subject marks in the header, and then click on the one you want to remove, it will take you to that board. Then at the top, in the info section above the posts, you will find a gray box with an unmark option. Click that and it will remove it.

To remove a SubjectMarks subject that you no longer want to have in your list:

1) Click on SubjectMarks at the top of the page (it has an image of 3 books stacked on top of each other)
2) This will open a page where you will have 4 titles above the dark blue horizontal bands. You will see "Subjects with New Messages" in Bold letter, then "Reset All" in blue, then "Manage" in blue, then Subjects with No New Messages" in bold letters.
3) Click on Manage. When you do so, "Reset" buttons will appear on the right of your subjects. Click on the "Reset" button to remove the subject you want to eliminate. This will transfer the subject to the right column where a "Remove" button will appear.
4)When you click on "Remove", the subject Mark will be removed.
Hope this helps

Dave

Go to the SubjectMarks menu at the top of the page and go to ...More Subject Marks
In the upper right of the screen, click on "Classic Version"

You should then see a "Remove" option which should remove the ones you don't want. At least that's what I can find anyway. I'm new to this site as well and learning.
