It is my understanding that Merrill Lynch has always held a 5-10% interest in IDTI. I believe the form 13G is merely an update of ownership.

Up until IDTI started trading at around 13 late last week, large blocks were trading and the volume soared. I have to interpret this as an indication that funds and institutions were buying up to a certain target price and when that price was met, they closed action on the order desk until the price pull back or analysis recommends a higher price. The trades so far this week have been almost all small orders and most of the few large blocks I have noticed have been at the bid.

I stick with my guess that IDTI will pull back for the short term to about the 12 area where it will base until either a large rally or sell-off in the techs or news moves it either way. Dig those trenches and man the bunkers, it looks like it may be a bit before we see the movement we want.
