Michigan JV negotiations going well The company is saying very little right now except that the negotiations are going well and as fast as can be expected with four lawyers involved. Apparently, there are positive developments behind the scenes on Richmond Downs; and I gather that the pace of the South Korean projects is picking up. I know it's frustrating for shareholders not to know the specifics, but the company has to follow the rules and release any significant information to everyone at once. Personally, I take the company's carefulness about what is said right now as a positive sign.
