I would bet that the sluggish price on most of these stocks is because there have been so many false starts that people will not jump in until they really are confident. We need to build back confidence. Certainly Warren Buffet helps on this issue! But haven't we all jumped on a silver & gold stock as the metals started moving and then bam! they fell on their face. I certainly have and I now take the profits when they are there- like yesterday. I am tired of having to give them up the next day! I'll buy it back at 4 3/8 AGAIN!
