<<Am wondering why bother w/ real estate, common shares, gold, etc etc>>

When your convinced that the gold and real estate is worthless, it's time to consider buying more, as the sentiment will change one hundred and eighty degrees over a few years. For sure.

What goes up must come down. Real estate has had a lot of uppness for the last few decades. Just wondering when the London property market is regarded as "fully valued" by all those overseas investors.

I am watching her broadcast though, interesting and a mature review across a range of subject material.

Frankly I think Doge and Shibu are just publicity stunts by whales with deep pockets. There is no real reason for them to be in the position they are other then by a sustained PR campaign. Conspiracies, in my view, are as solid as the atomic theory of matter. There is a lot of convincing data.

I agree with her views on VC versus public investment. The right mix and balance is what it's all about.

A small well organised venture can kick butt as well as some of the big guys, and the rewards will be higher.
