Dave - According to FASTGraphs, the FCF payout ration for SNA is at 25.98% which is the lowest it's been since 2005 which is where the data starts

+++SNA is one of those stocks you have to be careful with in SSD. Per Value Line, the payout ratio has been pretty steadily increasing, which affects the quality of their dividend yield based valuation method.+++

In 2011 the earnings payout ratio was 29%. TTM was 34%.

SSD gives them a Dividend Safety rating of 99, the highest one that SSD gives.

I do not own SNA, but it is on my watch list.
