Seems Kuo is two days behind JV :)

"A type of consumer orientated device like MSFTs Holo lense which is predominately geared to businesses is what I think AAPL may come out with, in the end beats me but maybe in 2022" . Dec 6 2021 DGR Chit Chat.

New constantly on 24x7 devices are going to be a new much larger TAM for many as digitalization continues to unfold. And unless ones like AAPL also become cellular carriers new ones represent a much larger "Edge computing" market for the telecoms too, everything from wearables to cars.
This decades still in the crawling stage, new faster low latency huge bandwidth 5G is making many already try out standing up. Next comes running and that's much closer then it seems, private networks set up by the telecoms like VZ using Gold standard mm wave 5G are already proving to be a Enterprise advantage.

Lead, follow or get left behind will continue to apply the only thing different about that is it will happen quicker going forward. Vince

RE: Apple AR Headset

Anyone here old enough to remember the "Osborne Effect"?

Wikipedia:
The Osborne effect is a social phenomenon of customers canceling or deferring orders for the current, soon-to-be-obsolete product as an unexpected drawback of a company's announcing a future product prematurely.

Kuo wasn't doing AAPL any favors.
