Visa is promising to forgive any charges someone incurs as a result of a thief masquerading as the card holder. That's almost as good as fingerprint ID to the customer (except for the terrific inconvenience of contacting VISA, etc.), but not so good for VISA. They would do better with biometrics. It's the retailer who has the greater incentives in e-commerce to go to biometrics.

Anyone,

Found a small contract coming up for bid. From Rhode Island State Purchasing Information. I copied the line from the table. The "P" = Prebid Conference. I would imagine that Randy already knows about it. Don't recall if this has been posted before.
