I agree, they can buy back the whole company and they really need to dialing down on that. The BC floods helped lumber and this is the slow season, wait until February/March when building season kicks in again, the country is still massively underbuilt for housing since the Great Recession. I'm fine with $1000 lumber, if it gets irrational that's more EPS For RFP, but I'd much rather it float here than risk demand destruction or people having issue with the much higher prices.
