Chowder: I have a question. I think you subscribe to a service at SA so the data will be available. IF one did not subscribe to SA where would one get an earnings calendar and news about a company? I like getting the news updates on companies I hold and notices about dividends. Of course, SSD updates dividends and raises but what do you suggest in order to follow earnings releases and to read the company earnings releases. I know it will be on their website but knowing when and having to check each of 60-70 companies seems daunting. Might be reason enough to subscribe to SA? Do you have any suggestions as to how you went about this pre- SA? I think it will be hard for chat to survive at SA based on what I am reading. For now, I have a year of premium to see how it goes?

I have to agree. SI is far superior to SA. When SA started playing games with the formatting and other things, I followed you over from SA. I will admit SI was a very difficult learning adjustment for me as I had a difficult time navigating SI. I was about to give up on it but after spending a Saturday afternoon playing with SI; all of a sudden I got it and everything started making sense to me. Now I love SI as it is so much better than SA. For those people coming over from SA, my advise is to stick with it. It WILL come to you, it just takes time.
