Ok, I just scanned the Dow, and the last completed sequential I got was a buy sequential, back from 1994. There were 3 subsequent buy setups, but all sequentials were cancelled.
The TDST (TD Setup Trendline I believe) for the last buy setup is 8298.79; this should prove to be resistance for the Dow on a closing basis. And on the other hand, the last sell TDST is at 7893.94, which should prove support.

We shall see....

BTW, Here are the numbers that I have for the buy sequential back in 1994:

Now here's an interesting one: I ran my scan on the nasdaq index and I got a sell sequential very near the october "crash". There was a recycle during it, but the range of the recycle (ie a setup within the sequential countdown) was less than the range of the sequential's original setup, and in demark's second book he mentions that you can sometimes ignore recycles that have a range smaller than the range of the original setup. Thus you could see this sequential as a valid one. At any rate, history has already told us that it did correctly find a low risk sell area, albeit a few weeks early... ;)

here it is: (sorry I don't include the dates of the recycle; again, my program is bare bones right now!)

Pete,
Check out FONX -- just completed a sequential january 12th (closed at 3 on that day) and as of yet hasn't broken out, but if it does, it could be heading back to the 8 level relatively quickly. Take a look at the chart...
