Swapped interest for equity ? That's a decent face saving maneuver that benefits both... Reduces SBSW project risk with diversification... and gives them a convertible asset vs a pile of dirt... GENM wins the ability to covert the slight into a win... control... ability to share % with others... still with big partner support on the equity side... I don't think there's any problem with the property... but think it correct that it isn't a strategic fit for SBSW... Wasn't there also a copper project with Rio Tinto... or was that some other junior company ?
