Thanks for your reply. Are you saying the licenses are paid in advance? That would explain some lumpiness, but I'm surprised the OEMs would have this kind of licensing.

Have you notice the volume (1.8m shares)? This is just above the volume on 12/31/97 where there was no news, just a year end bump. Given the revenue shortfall, I would have expected far more.

Throw in David's comment on the insider buying ... this is the weirdest stock story of 1998. I must be missing something big.

Here's a bit of old news that may be very promising. Digital and Compaq have merged and Digital uses the system wizard which could well mean that Compaq will follow suit. Digital is very pleased with system wizard.

I work for a company that supplies Digital with interconnect for their laptop computers and our many contacts there are very pleased with System Soft's wizard.
