Re: GOF I do have GOF in most portfolios I manage but I do not have it in any of the young folk portfolios I manage. It didn't come down to yield for me, it came down to the portfolio objective. GOF is primarily a bond fund and I was looking for an equity fund that has a track record of outperforming the market over 5 and 10 year time frames. Therefore ASG was a better candidate than GOF for that. When I'm looking for assets to invest in I don't start with yield, I start with what type of market exposure I want access to and then I work on the fundamentals and yield potential.
